New Treatments

BioRePeelCl3 FND / Body

BioRePeel is an innovative, two phase peel with a biostimulating, revitalising and peeling action. Thanks to its exfoliating and keratolytic action it promotes cell turnover and profound stimulation to counter the effects of skin ageing and acne scarring.

Its rich composition sets BioRePeel Cl3 apart from its competitors. BioRePeel is excellent in anti-ageing due to it containing all the essential amino acids and vitamins your skin needs. It also contains 35% TCA ( for face and neck) and 50% TCA ( for body) and GABA (Gamma Aminobutyrric Acid) which is muscle relaxant and thereby reduces wrinkles. Furthermore the treatment is suitable for young skin during acute stages of acne, blackheads with recent or fresh scarring.

What are the benefits of this?

The BioRePeel can be used for the face, neck, decolletage and body

  • There is no preparation or downtime required

  • It exfoliates, removing dead skin cells encouraging skin to regenerate

  • Purifies and oxygenate the skin, leaving it moisturised and free of impurities mediated by its amino acids and vitamins

  • Closes open pores, improves the texture of the skin and increase thickness of the epidermis.

  • Addresses the effects of skin ageing, softening wrinkles and adding turgidity

beforeafter2 plasma.jpeg

This is a new, gentle treatment that lifts the face using NF+ Plasma Technology. It acts as an alternative to skin tightening surgery and can be used for:

What is Accor Plasma Pen?

ACCOR NF+ stands for Aesthetic Cosmetic Corrector Plasma Pen.  This hand-held device emits a small electrical arc from the tip of the pen without actually touching the skin.  This plasma arc vaporises the skin giving an immediate tightening effect to the surrounding skin.  These small points form scabs that drop off over the following week post treatment revealing a smoother and tighter skin.

What makes the Accor treatment different from other plasma pen treatments?

Accor is the first low frequency plasma device.  This means that it gives a shallower but wider impact on the skin, causing less trauma as it doesn’t penetrate too deeply, but still very effective treatment due to its wider pattern.

What can it treat?

  • Tightening Upper and Lower Eyelids

  • Reducing Wrinkles and Uneven Surfaces

  • Reducing Unsightly Pigmentation

  • Improving or Reducing Scars

  • Correcting or Removing Permanent Makeup

  • Removing Skin Tags and Small Tattoos

Where can it treat?

Treatment can be anywhere on the body, within reason, that requires skin tightening and pigmentation removal including:

  • Face and neck; Soft face lift, eye lid lift, frown lines, jowl lift and neck and throat.

  • Stomach

  • Arms (bingo wings and loose skin)

  • Hands

Is it painful?

Topical anaesthesia is applied to the area to be treated prior to treatment (except in cases of small skin tags and pigmentation).  This does help take a lot of the impact off the treatment, and the rest is down to your own pain threshold and where the treatment is applied. Some areas of the body (eg forehead) are more sensitive that others. On the whole though it is generally comfortable.

How long does a treatment take to perform?

It depends on the size of the area that is treated, it could be as quick as 15 mins or as long as an hour.  Consultations are advisable.

What can I expect from a treatment?

I will perform an initial consultation and go through everything with you about what to expect, results you can hope to achieve, assessing area(s) that require treatment as well as checking your medical history.  On this appointment I will also perform a patch test.

The consultation and patch test takes place at least 3 weeks before the treatment.

On the treatment itself you will arrive at the clinic and the anaesthetic cream is applied before the treatment is performed to give it optimum time to work. You can just lie there and relax during this time.  I then carry out the treatment, ensuring that you are comfortable throughout.

How many treatments will I need?

It depends on the severity of the condition being treated and the results that you want to achieve. I also have to factor in lifestyle and how you are currently looking after your skin.  Sometimes one treatment can be enough, sometimes 2 or 3.  I can advise you at the point of consultation what I would expect.
