If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact Debbie as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is 4 days notice prior to your appointment. An initial consultation is required for all treatments. The consultations include a complete skin assessment and a medical history review.
Treatment may or may not be carried out at the same time as the consultation. This will depend on the nature of the procedure required.
A test treatment may be required to assess the skin’s suitability for treatment.
The first aftercare product is included in the price of the consultation of treatments and can also be purchased separately as required.
Courses booked and paid for in advance are non-refundable.
